San Jose comes into this game on the back of three defeats - a 4:3 shootout loss to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and a 3:2 loss to the Rangers.
Detroit Red Wings
Detroit is also having a bad campaign. It's not as bad as the Sharks, of course, but the Red Wings have a much stronger squad. However, they ar❀e 14th in the Eastern Conference with 15 points, with only Columbus and Montreal below them. Detroit has suffered four defeats in their last five games, including a 4:6 loss to Anaheim and a 4:1 defeat to Los Angeles the day before.
