Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, currently ranked number one in the world, shared how he felt upon learning about his positive doping test.
Sinner was quoted by La Ga🌳zzetta dello Sport, referencing Sky Sport:
I can say that it was difficult because I couldn't open up to many people, it was a delicate and difficult situation. At the beginning everything was complicated, I didn't know how to act, I didn't know what would happen, what would happen with the team.
Sinner mentioned that a few weeks later, he woke up one morning and tಌold himself he hadn’t do🍎ne anything wrong and was unaware of what was going on.
