American sprinter Noah Lyles won the gold medal, finishing with a time of 9.784 seconds, just edging out 23-year-old Jamaican athlete Kishane Thompson, wh𓄧o clocked in at 9.789 seconds based on photo finish results. The bronze medal went to American Fred Kerley w✱ith a time of 9.81 seconds.
It’s noteworthy that the last runner to finish in this event ♔was another Jamaican sprint♏er, Oblique Seville, who achieved a time of 9.91 seconds.
