American Bellator fighter Yoel Romero will be the next challenger for the heavyweight title of the promotion. On February 4, he will meet the winner of Vadim Nemkov and Corey Anderson at Bellator 290.
Romero, 45, last competed in the cage in September, 2022, at Bellator 285, knocking out Melvin Manhoef in the third round. In May of that year, he defeated Alex Polizzi by TKO in the third round at Bellator 280. Romero has 15 wins and six losses under his belt.
Recall that the fight between Vadim Nemkov and Corey Anderson will take place on the night of November 19 in Chicago (USA) at Bellator 288 tournament.
