A bout between Marlon Vera and Cory Sandhagen is in the works. This was reported by journalist Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour show. The date and location of the possible fight hasn't yet been announced.
Vera had his last fight against American Dominick Cruz in August of this year at UFC on ESPN 41. In this fight, Marlon won by knockout in the fourth round. He has 20 wins, seven losses and one draw under his belt.
Sandhagen last fought in the UFC Fight Night 210 in September of this year against China's Song Yadong. That fight ended in favor of Corey by TKO in the fourth round. He has 15 wins and four losses under his belt.
