A court representative announced that the case's consideration has been postponed until early next year, though a new date has not yet been set. A public relations offi💫cer later indicated that Friday's meeting was organized solely to present a report prepared by a probation of൩ficer.
To recap, Cain Velasquez, who faces charges of attemp𒐪ted murder, firing a gun at a vehicle🐽, assault with a deadly weapon, and carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit a felony, was released on bail in November 2022.
Velasquez was arrested near🃏ly two and a half years ago after allegedly pursuing and shooting at Harry Goularte, who is accused of molesting Velasquez's four-year-old son.
Goulart is charged with lewd acts with aꦦ minor, and a court hearing for his petition is scheduled for N💞ovember 13.
