Velasquez was arrested nearly two and a half years ago after allegedly 𒐪✃pursuing and shooting at Harry Goularte, who is accused of molesting Velasquez's four-year-old son.
Goulart is charged withꦗ lewd acts with a minor, and a court hearing for his petition i🅺s scheduled for November 13.
