UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley has expressed his desire for his next fight against featherweight division champion Ilia Topuria.
O'Malley said at the press conference:
Dana, give me a jet to Spain baby, I'm coming for Ilia Topuria. I want Ilia baby, give me Ilia. He's a scary f*cking dude. Ilia excites me, going up a weight class excites me. But I'm, honestly, I'm here for whatever, if you guys want me to knock out Merab [Dvalishvili] I'll do that too.
On 10 March at UFC 299 in Miami (USA) O'Malley held a rematch wi🅰th Marlon Vera, which ended with a victory of Sean by 🍬unanimous decision of judges.
Recall, in the first fight between the fighters, which took place in August 2020 at🀅 UFC 252, Vera won by technical knockout in the first round.
The 29-year-old O'Malley haꩵs 18 wins and one loss on his record. The 31-year-old Vera has 23 wins, nine losses 💦and one draw.
