Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya has exited the UFC's pound-for-pound (P4P) rankings for the first time since September 2019, now sitting outside the list of the organization’s top fighters regardless of weight class.
According to the updated rankings, Adesanya's former position has been🌊 taken by ex-UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterlꦬing.
Leading the P4P rankings is lightweight champion Islam Makhachev. Following him is the champion of the light heavyweight division, Alex Pereira. Third is heavyweight champion Jon Jones. Fourth place is occupied by featherweight champion Ilia Topuria, and rounding out the top five is mi♏ddleweight champion Dricus du Plessis.
Ad🔜esanya had his latest fight against Dricus du Plessis in August of this year at UFC 305. Israel lost that fight in the fourth round by a choke hold. He has 24 wins𒐪 and four losses on his record.
