Former interim UFC lightweight champion Justin Gaethje believes Frenchman Benoit Saint-Denis will defeat American Dustin Poirier on March 10 at UFC 299 in Miami, USA.
Gaethje said on Kevin Iole's Youtube channel:
Benoit didn’t come out of nowhere, but he’s just starting to fight these big fights. I love that he was calling me out, and I think Dustin Poirier is the perfect fight. That’s who he should have been calling out, and that’s the fight he should be taking.
35-year-old Poirier last stepped into th🅰e octagon in July 20♌23 at UFC 291, losing to Justin Gaige by knockout in the second round. He has 29 wins and eight losses on his record.
