The UFC Executive Director, Dana White, has commented on bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley, who defended his title in a fight against Marlon Vera. The bout, which took place on March 10 at UFC 299 in Miami, ended with O'Malley's victory by unanimous decision.

In their first matchup back in August 2020 at Uąµ²FC 252, Vera secured a victory with a technical knockout iną¼ the first round.
O'Malley, aged 29, boasts 18 wins and one loss to his šname. Meanwhile, the 31-year-old Vera has 23 wins, nine losses, and one draw in his record.
