Former world middleweight champion Liam Smith defeated second-ranked WBC and WBO middleweight Chris Eubank Jr.
The fight ended with a TKO in the fourth round. After two knockdowns in a row, the referee stopped the fight and recorded Smith's victory.
Smith, 34, had been in the ring last May, when he lost by unanimous decision to Russian Magomed Kurbanov. He is coming off 29 wins (16 by KO) and two losses.
The 33-year old Eubank Jr. had his last fight in February, 2022. That time he defeated Liam Smith by decision. In total, Chris has 32 wins and three losses.
