Jared Anderson of America fought his compatriot George Arias on the night of April 9 in Newark.
The fight ended in Anderson's favor by TKO. Arias was forced to withdraw from the fight before the fourth round by his corners. Thus, Jared defended his WBO International belt and won the vacant WBC United States heavyweight belt.
Anderson fought in December 2022 against Jerry Forrest. In this fight, Jared won by TKO in the second round. Now he has 14 wins (all by KO) and no defeats. Arias now has 18 wins (seven by knockout) and one loss.
