Former interim WBC world champion Ryan Garcia shared his emotions from his victory over Mexican Oscar Duarte at the evening of boxing in Houston (USA).
🍸Recalꦰl, Garcia knocked out Duarte in the eighth round.
Ryan Garcia
[Duarte] was a strong fighter. He took a good punch. He's a Mexican fighter like me and he's tough. I hit him with some hard shots but he just kept coming. I started using my legs and it opened up the shots. I have a killer instinct. Sometimes, when I am hurting somebody that bad, I am just cracking them.
Garci꧑a's previous fight was against Gervonta Davis in April this year in Las Vegas. In that confrontation, Ryan suffered a defeat by technical knockout in the seventh round. He has 23 wins (19 by knockout) and one defeat on his record.
