Aberdeen vs Motherwell Prediction: Aberdeen to keep their winning run intact

Scottish Premiership round 5 will see Aberdeen play Motherwell at Pittodrie Stadium. The two teams are coming off a winning streak. Which side will keep things running h🅠ere, or will a draw settle things out?

Aberdeen extended their winning run out against Ross County last time in a 0-1 win. In that game, Aberdeen were held goalless at halftime after Ronan Hale's goal was ruled out offside. However, Aberdeen's goal was also ruled out by the VAR in the 50th minute before Roan Hale missed from the spot for Ross County. In the meantime, Aber꧅deen left it late until 8 minutes of additional time to take maximum points, thanks to Kevin Nisbet's strike. Heading into this game, Abe✨rdeen have won four this season, sharing the same points as first-placed Celtic. 

Motherwell's last league encounter came against St Johnstone, and this team secured a win. In that game, Motherwell took the lead just 11 minutes into the match through Dan Casey, which gave them the edge to go to the second half. However, Benjamin Kimpioka's strike for St Johnstone in the 64th minute was all their opponent needed to take this to the last minute of the game before Moses Ebiye's goal gave Motherwell maximum points. Heading into this game, the road team has three consecutive wins and is seated 5th in the league with 7 points from a possible 12. 

The two teams are coming off impressive performances, and we can expect solidity in their level of play here. However, the reality is that Aberdeen are the better side overall and have also been the real deal in past fixtures. With home turf leverage and an unmatchable run of solid performances, I do not see Aberdeen being stopped from getting maximum points. Also, while Motherwell have been good in attack lately, I am backing the road team to find the back of the net in this fixture.
