Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, currently ranked number one in the world, shared how he felt upon learning about his positive doping test.

I can say that it was difficult because I couldn't open up to many people, it was a delicate and difficult situation. At the beginning everything was complicated, I didn't know how to act, I didn't know what wou🐓ld happen, what would happen with the team.
Sinner mentioned that a few weeks later, he woke up one m✃orning and told himself he hadn’t done anything wrong and was unaware oꦰf what was going on.
