TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of UFC, has informed the Securities and Exchange Commission that the organization has reached a settlement regarding the Le antitrust lawsuit, agreeing to pay $375 million.
On September 26, 2024, TKO reached an agreement with the plaintiffs to settle all claims asserted in the Le case for an aggregate amount of $375 million payable in installments over an agreed-upon perioꦜd of time. The terms of the Updated Settlement Agreement have been memorialized in a long form agreement, which will be submitted to the co🌳urt for approval.

♏The original antitrust lawsuit, filed back in 2014, alleged that UFC fighters 🐷were paid less than they deserved and that UFC was involved in a scheme to acquire and maintain monopoly power in the market for elite professional MMA fighters.
