To recap, Cain Velasquez, who faces charges of attempted murder, firing a gun at a vehicle, assault with a deadly weapon, and carrying a loaded fꦛirearm with intent to commit a felony, was rel🅘eased on bail in November 2022.
Velasquez was arrested nearly two and a half years ago after allegedly pursuing and shooting at Harry Goulartꦰe, who is accused of molesting Velasquez's four-year-old son.
Goulart is charged with lewdღ acts wi💛th a minor, and a court hearing for his petition is scheduled for November 13.
Velasquez last fought against Francis Ngannou in February 2019 at UFC on ESPN 1, where he lost by 🃏knockout in the first round. His professional record stands at 14 wins an🎃d 3 losses.
