Former UFC double champion Conor McGregor has addressed featherweight champion Ilia Topuria.
McGregor said at the BKFC press conference:
I'd slap him ��around, he's too small, you know, I'm a big lad compared to Ilia but he's not bad, h🧜e's a current UFC world champion. Slap the head off [Ilia] no problem. No problemo. I'll slap him back to Georgia.
McGregor, 35, last stepped into the octagon in July 2021 at UF🃏C 264, losing to Dustin Poirier by technical knockout in the first round. He has 22 wins and six🦩 losses on his record.
Topuria, 27, hasn't stepped into the octagon s🃏ince February 2024, when he knocked out Alexander Volkanovski in the second round at UFC 298. He has 15 wins and no losses on his record.
