Defending Bundesliga champion Bayer Leverkusen have ended their 35-match unbeaten run after losing 3-2 to RB Leipzig at home on Saturday. 

Xabi Alonso's men dominated the game in the first half, with Je🍸remie Frimpong opening the scoring in the 38th minute, and Alejandro Grimaldo doubled the lead just before the break. However, the game took on a new dimension when Leipzig pulled a goal back through midfielder Kevin Kampl deep in first-half stoppage time, and Openda leveled in the 57th minute. Openda scored his second goal with 10 minutes remaining on the clock, as his goal saw his side secure a 3-2 victory, ending their 35-match league unbeaten run.
